Just a quick note: Whenever you see something like "CE-approved armor", know that it is bullshit. CE isn't a certification agency like UL is. The CE mark is a self-declared mark of conformity to the applicable standards. No one follows up to make sure it is true unless there's an accident that brings it into question.
